I’m Mark Eberwine, as your Congressman, with your help, we will take back our country, from the people that have stolen our children’s innocence, their opportunities, their future, and with that, our country’s future.
The United States will again belong to our citizens, and not big business and elected officials. Our children will no longer be indoctrinated by big business and the public school system.
History has taught us that nations come and go. That there is a lifespan for each country. The pessimists, and the antagonists, will tell you the United States, as we know it, is nearing the end.
The current politicians will tell you, that we can make our country great again, or cure a past injustice, with just one more social program, or we can make our country stronger, if we will fight yet another war, and that peace and harmony will occur
if we vote the other political party out of office.
Political candidates will tell you that, if elected, they will create jobs, improve the economy, save the planet, and whatever else their political advisors tell them will resonate with voters.
Meanwhile, year after year, big business and their political pawns continue to leave your children, our children, with an educational system that has failed to provide all children with the basic math skills, communication skills, and trade skills to allow them to effectively deal with the challenges they will face in their lives.
As your Congressman , I will work with the members of Congress, that you have elected, that have sworn to vote for and to pass specific laws allowing all of us to control our government.
I want each of you, all of you, to think about the country we might leave to our children, and their children.
What I’m about to share with you is a blueprint for allowing all of us to regain control of our nation’s future.
To be clear, this plan works whether you are a Democrat, Republican, or Independent.
First, we must understand what has been done to us by large businesses and corporations, and members of the United States Congress, and our past Presidents.
Understanding how our financial system has been hijacked, how our system of government has been hijacked, and how the news media has been bought and paid for by large businesses and corporations, is the key to beginning the process of retaking our country.
Our Nation’s problems have never been about the color of a person’ skin, or their Religious beliefs, or their choice of political parties.
Our Nation’s problems, have been caused by those who put money above God, Family, our Country and her children.
They are the Moneychangers.
It has been, and is still about, the Moneychangers, and their actions.
Moneychangers, and their plans and schemes, come in a myriad of disguises.
For decades, big business has worked to buy the news media, to control what you hear, to control how the ‘news’ is presented, and how often you hear the version of events they want you to accept.
I first began to recognize this years ago when the local newspapers or television stations would start an investigative news story on a business, only to be told by the corporation or other business that they would no longer advertise on that television station or in that newspaper, if the story was published. Now, If you follow the money, you will see which corporate conglomerates own your local and national news agencies. The news you hear is exactly what big business wants you to hear.
The United States political system has always had bad players, has always had Moneychangers. What we face now is an entire Congress that has been tainted. The corporations, by and through their lobbyists, have bribed, cajoled and threatened every member of Congress. Good people are afraid of becoming involved in Washington D.C.
Together, the hard working, the determined, those that work to make life a little more rewarding for everyone, can replace all of the members of the U.S. House of Representatives by November of 2028 with people bound by OUR directives. My plan, and now OUR plan, is a method of ensuring that all future members of the House, Senate, and Presidency are elected via a legally binding sworn oath, before you ever cast your vote for them. Before they ever have the opportunity to put your interests behind their interests.
Each session of Congress we are inundated with hundreds of bills and/or laws that are complicated, convoluted, and intertwined with other bad laws. Almost all of them stealing money from our children to benefit large corporations and other big business. And, always tied to or intertwined with a funding bill that is beneficial, or that the American people have been deceived into believing we need. Or, the world as we know it, will cease to exist.
This is by design. It has aided in the theft of trillions of dollars from our Country. Trillions of dollars stolen from you and our Nation’s children.
We will change this. We the People will take control this next election.

I am going to give you six laws to start this process.
From the moment a person declares their candidacy for public office, until five years after their term of service in that office, every spoken and written word that emanates from that person is under oath, under penalty of perjury.
The statute of limitations for crimes committed in public office is increased to twelve years. This statute is to be retroactively enforced, in both the criminal and civil jurisdictions.
Term Limits shall be imposed on the President, members of the Senate and members of the House. A person may not be eligible for more than three terms as a member of the House of Representatives, nor more than one term as a U.S. Senator, nor more than two terms as U.S. President.
Federal Magistrates, Judges and appellate court Justices are forbidden from making rulings on issues of Constitutionality, unless and until, that person has completed 1000 hours of Constitutional Law Courses provided by the U.S. Supreme Court and the SCOTUS law clerks. Any Magistrate, Judge or Justice who completes the required continuing education classes, and who has their court rulings overturned by the appellate courts two times, is no longer eligible to hear and issue rulings involving Constitutional issues.
All federal legislation, to include Bills, Acts, Laws are to be standalone, single issue. Funding Bills shall be separately voted on directly coupled to a single Bill, Act and Law.
Cease all immigration, work visas, and any other means of gaining access to our United States social programs and employment opportunities. Close and Secure our borders. Provide tax incentives to employers when hiring Americans. The tax incentive shall be 50 percent corporate tax rate and a 50 percent income tax bracket for all corporate board members and all company owners, who hire anyone other than American Citizens.

How do we ensure that ‘We the People’ get our elected officials to follow through?
Here’s how:
Whether your potential candidate is Democrat, Republican, Independent, or whatever, you present them with the list of laws you want passed upon their first term, and their first session in Congress.
You can ask your potential candidate what their stance is on any issue to narrow your choices. Then, you present them with a list of laws you want passed. If, and when, that candidate states they will vote for those particular laws, you present them with the following affidavit that I call the
……….Pre-Vote Candidate Oath……………
As an example, it reads like this…
I, John Smith Lee, do hereby solemnly swear, that if you vote for me as your Senator or Representative, I will vote for Law #1 as a standalone bill, as written, word for word, fully funded, and will not vote to rescind or defund this Law for the life of my term as a Senator or Representative. Additionally, if the Supreme Court of the United States declares this law to be Unconstitutional, I will immediately and without delay produce a fully funded similar law that satisfies the SCOTUS findings and concerns.
